Let’s take a closer look at this scripture which is found in Malachi 3:11. God says he will rebuke the devourer for our sakes. Debt is a devourer. Let us remember that the blessings of the Lord maketh rich and adds no sorrow. Don’t allow the enemy to have any place in your life through debt. God says neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field. Often times we allow ourselves to get into debt for instant gratification. We don’t have the cash to pay for what we want so we pull out the credit card to pay for it. This a form of casting your fruit before its time. Now ask yourself again, are you in agreement with this scripture?
